Sardinia International School

Global education — connecting children from the island to the worldBook a VisitEventOpen Morning 13 December 10.00-12.45

Welcome

We are excited to introduce you to Sardinia International School, a learning hub that offers a broad-ranging and multi-lingual education, with a central focus on international qualifications taught in English.

As a school, we aim to serve the communities of Olbia, Gallura, and Sardinia — providing aspirational opportunities for local students and a truly international education for expatriate families residing in the region. We do so within a caring learning environment that values meaningful relationships, student wellbeing, and diverse opportunities for personal growth and character development.

Our facilities at Geovillage have been renovated to a high level of quality — through eco-conscious and contemporary architecture — creating impressive spaces for learning, creative pursuits, sports activities, and play.

We warmly invite you to visit us: to see our pupils engaged and enthusiastic in their lessons, joyful and dynamic in their activities outside activities, and to meet our team of dedicated, experienced teachers from across the English-speaking world.

It will be our pleasure to welcome you for a tour and share our vision for education in Sardinia.

Our Photos

A teacher stands with a group of young children in a school courtyard. The children are wearing bright shirts and walking or running on a paved area near a modern orange school building, suggesting an outdoor lesson or activity. Shrubs and stone walls decorate the background, contributing to a safe and pleasant learning environment.

A Campus that Inspires

Classrooms filled with sunlight and open to nature make our Geovillage campus a place where imagination and movement flourish. Flexible spaces, calming colors, and glass-walled rooms — together with learning under the open sky — inspire focus and creativity.

Sports Facilities

Students take part in daily sports activities including football, athletics, basketball and floorball. All sessions take place on professional-grade surfaces, promoting movement, teamwork and well-being in a safe, professional environment.

Where Italian and English grow together

Our Primary School combines the strengths of the Italian curriculum with British and North American approaches, giving children the gift of fluency in two languages

Our Primary School programme combines the strengths of the Italian national curriculum with key elements from British and North American education.

Taught in English (with Italian language and literature in Italian), lessons are led by native English-speaking teachers alongside Italian primary specialists. This dual approach nurtures confident, fluent communication in both English and Italian.

Food and Nutrition

Fresh, local and prepared on-site — everyday.

At Sardinia International School, all meals are prepared daily in-house by our own chefs — never outsourced. We use only fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced locally. Snacks and lunch are included in tuition, and children eat together in a calm and friendly environment.

Our Director of Food & Nutrition, Francesco Torelli, trained under Gordon Ramsay and worked in several starred restaurants in Italy. He brings both culinary excellence and deep care to every dish.
