Biography
Gianluca worked for five years with leading Italian internet service providers, creating articles, in‑depth analyses, and technical guides focused on hosting and cloud computing. He gained advanced knowledge of desktop PC hardware and software, as well as Windows operating systems, providing both on‑site and remote technical support.
Before returning to Sardinia to begin a new chapter at the Sardinia International School, he further developed his networking expertise by managing issues related to devices used for fibre‑optic connections (FTTC, FTTH) and wireless technologies (LTE, FWA): from simple home routers and access points to Cambium antennas and Mikrotik equipment designed for more complex enterprise configurations.
