Gaia Palumbo holds a degree in Primary Education (Scienze della Formazione Primaria). Throughout her studies she gained significant international experience, beginning with an exchange year during high school in Brighton, England. This was followed by an Erasmus+ study programme in Spain and then by an Erasmus+ teaching traineeship at a primary school in Mexico. These experiences strengthened her belief in the power of intercultural education and inspired her to create inclusive, engaging, and meaningful learning opportunities where every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
