Elena graduated in Primary Education from the University of Milano-Bicocca. As an Erasmus+ student in Norway, she experienced their progressive educational system firsthand. She has also participated in several Youth Exchange programs across Europe, which have deepened her knowledge of education, emotional growth, and equality. Elena enjoys working in multicultural environments, always prioritising children’s social, emotional, and educational needs. She also spent four years working at the Triangia Eco School, focusing on outdoor education and local environmental action.
