Annalisa earned her first master’s degree in Psychology with top honors and passed the state exam to become a licensed professional. She then obtained a second master’s degree in Primary Education (Scienze della Formazione Primaria), specialized in Special Needs Support, and attended various training courses related to teaching. After working for several years in human resources in different Italian cities, she entered the field of education, where she taught in public schools for more than 10 years.
