Building a Stronger Future for Our Educators

Sardinia International School is proud to announce the signing of a major second-level agreement regarding the new CCNL (National Collective Labor Agreement). This contract will be applied to all institute employees starting from September 2026.

The agreement, signed with the trade unions FLC CGIL and CISL Scuola, is the result of a collaborative and constructive dialogue aimed at enhancing our staff’s professional life and strengthening the quality of our working environment.

A Commitment to Our Community

The leadership team - Luigi Antolini (Head of School), Lauren Brinsdon (Assistant Head, Primary), and Jessica Lisanti (HR Manager) - expressed great satisfaction with the process:

This agreement represents a significant step forward for our school community. It reflects our shared desire to build solid, rewarding working conditions based on the principles of collaboration and responsibility.

Why this matters:

At SIS, we know that providing a world-class education for our students starts with valuing our staff. This agreement bridges our innovative, Anglo-Saxon-inspired teaching model with the Italian regulatory framework, ensuring:

  • Competitive Salary Alignments: Pay scales are now aligned with Agidae contract levels.
  • Enhanced Welfare & Benefits: Improved leave policies and new welfare tools.
  • Housing Support: Free accommodation for non-resident staff for up to two years.

As a growing hub for international education in Olbia, we are proud to be an attractive workplace for top-tier professionals. By investing in our team, we are investing in the future of our students and the entire Gallura territory.

Join us in celebrating this step toward a more sustainable and collaborative school community!
